Besides his parents and siblings, Aaron was and has been loved and cared about also by an extended network of relatives and family friends that stretched not just the U.S.-Canada border but also the Pacific Ocean. Growing up this way, Aaron learned to appreciate the love and support that he has received from many other people as well as the importance of loving and supporting others even though he might not know others well in person. Below are just a small portion of the pictures about this caring network of family and friends that also helped shape Aaron's own joyous personality, resilient life view, and loving spirit.

Aaron truly adored his little sister who was born shortly before he was diagnosed with Leukaemia in spring 2019. As noted in his “Life Map” journal, he soon learned to be the loving brother and spent a lot of time playing and dancing with as well as teaching his little sister.

Shortly before he lost the strength and ability to speak clearly because of the breathing difficulty and within probably two hours before his passing, he recorded a message for her, telling her that she was his “favorite little sister,” that he “love[d] her so so so much,” and asking her to “take care, take very good care of Mom and Dad because [he was] so worried about their mental state, the same with [brother] Anthony,” and to make sure that they would not “go down the wrong path."

Here are some pictures of Aaron with the little sister whom he loved so much and who has also been missing him so much even though she might not be fully aware of what it means when she is saying that Aaron is now in heaven.

Aaron’s gentle and fun personality was amply illustrated in the documented moments that he spent playing with his sister. The following video, dated July 9, 2021, shows him trying to teach her to dance in a funny way. He was the one in the family who could make Angelina laugh really hard. and will particularly be missed by her among many others.
